TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates are in Mexican Pesos per room, per night, and include 16% VAT and 3.5% Lodging Tax. All rates are subject to change without notice. If the credit card provided is not approved, the reservation will be subject to availability. Non-guaranteed reservations may be canceled at the hotel's discretion at any time.

In compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, THE COMPANY may use personal data, both within and outside the country, for the purpose of maintaining and fulfilling the services provided. THE COMPANY may retain information in our database as permitted by applicable law to send updates regarding our services. The confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data are protected by administrative and technical security measures to prevent any damage or loss.

PAYMENT POLICIES

THE COMPANY requires a valid guarantee to secure the reservation. If the guarantee is not approved, the booking will be considered "unsecured" and may be canceled without prior notice. THE COMPANY is not obligated to honor the stay for unsecured reservations. In the event of a "No Show" (guest fails to arrive), a charge for the total amount of the stay will be applied. Additional charges apply for each extra person (over 3 years old). Maximum occupancy is strictly limited by the specific room type reserved.

BILLING (INVOICING)

Invoices (CFDI) cannot be issued for services paid in previous months, nor can changes be made to invoices outside the current calendar month. You may request your invoice through the dedicated section on this website or directly at the Front Desk upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Any cancellation or modification must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in a penalty charge equivalent to the first night of the stay.
