TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Rates are in Mexican pesos per room, per night, and include 16% VAT and 3.5% hotel occupancy tax. Subject to change without notice. If the card is not approved, the reservation is subject to availability on the day the reservation was made. Reservations without a guarantee may be canceled at any time after the reservation was made. Subject to change without notice. In compliance with the provisions of the law on the protection of personal data held by private entities, THE COMPANY may use data within and outside the country by individuals or legal entities for the maintenance and proper fulfillment of the services we provide. THE COMPANY may retain the information in our database for as long as permitted by applicable law for the purpose of sending information about THE COMPANY's services. The confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the data are protected by security measures to prevent damage.

PAYMENT POLICIES The COMPANY will guarantee the reservation. If the guarantee is not approved, the reservation will be considered unguaranteed and may be canceled at any time after booking. The COMPANY is not obligated to honor the stay if the reservation is unguaranteed. If the guest does not arrive at the hotel, a "No Show" charge will be applied to the entire stay. There will be an extra charge for each additional person (over 3 years old). The maximum occupancy will depend on the type of room reserved. BILLING Invoices cannot be issued for services paid in previous months or for changes to an invoice paid outside of the current month. This website has a section for requesting invoices, or you can request one upon arrival at the hotel. CANCELLATION POLICIES

Any cancellation or modification must be notified up to 24 hours in advance, otherwise the first night's charge will be applied.
